Purpose: An electrified light-dynamic tablet stand with moving elements is designed to study the operating principle and main elements of a piston compressor, demonstrate the operation of a cylinder-piston group (CPG) and a gas distribution mechanism (GDM) in specialized educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education.
Description: The stand is a rigid front panel made of MDF with a thickness of at least 9 mm in a plastic frame with a thickness of less than 100 mm, but more than 85 mm. A polymer substrate with a color cross-sectional image of a three-cylinder, two-section compressor and its stationary elements is glued to the front panel. Inside the frame there is a controller that controls the logic of the stand. In order to clearly illustrate the working process of the compressor, a dynamic LED backlight is installed in the front panel, demonstrating the direction of movement of the working fluid flow under different operating modes of the pump. The crankshaft and the main elements of the cylinder-piston group are made movable in the form of flat models, fixed to the front panel and moving according to the selected operating mode. The models are made of anodized aluminum with a thickness of at least 2 mm with a color, wear-resistant image applied using metallography.
