Purpose: The collection is intended for use as a teaching aid for students of specialized higher and secondary technical educational institutions.

Description: The systematic collection of minerals and varieties consists of 120 specimens. Each sample has a number (a label with a number on each sample) and is located in the corresponding cell. A list of samples and a diagram of their location in the boxes are attached. Samples of the collection are located in four boxes made of laminated chipboard with hinged lids; the lids also have handles for easy opening. The cells inside are made of plywood; each box contains 30 samples.
