Description
The stand is a rigid front panel made of fiberboard in a plastic frame with a thickness of less than 100 mm, but more than 85 mm. A polymer substrate with a color image of a basic hydraulic diagram and a general view of a ground-based installation for drilling wells for blasting in sections is glued to the front panel. To clearly illustrate the principle of operation of the installation, LEDs and movable models of the main controls (six hydraulic distributors) and actuators (drill rod and mast) are installed on the panel. When one of the control valves is moved on the hydraulic circuit, a corresponding movement of the model of the moving element occurs and a visual indication (by LEDs) of the fluid flow in the hydraulic system during this movement occurs. The models of the actuators are made of anodized aluminum with a thickness of at least 2 mm with a color, wear-resistant image applied by metallography. The models of hydraulic valves are made according to a combined design (the base and the base are made of organic glass, and the front panel is made of anodized aluminum no more than 0.5 mm thick with a wear-resistant image of the distributor circuit applied by metallography).
