Purpose: The electrified light-dynamic tablet stand is designed to study the principle of operation of powered roof support, the kinematics of movement of its main elements, and the principles of operation of hydraulic systems of mining equipment.
Description: The stand is a rigid front panel made of MDF 8 mm thick, in a plastic frame 90 mm thick. A polymer backing with a color image of the basic hydraulic diagram of the powered roof support and its fixed elements is glued to the front panel. Inside the frame there is a controller that controls the logic of the stand. In order to clearly illustrate the kinematics of movement of the main elements of the powered support and its hydraulic circuit, dynamic LED lighting is installed in the front panel, demonstrating the change in the direction of fluid flows in the hydraulic mains at different positions of the models of hydraulic control valves for the support. The main elements of the powered support are made movable in the form of flat models fixed on the front panel, and move according to the corresponding movements of the movable models of the control hydraulic valves. This stand should display movable flat mock-ups of three hydraulic control valves. Models of moving support elements implement two movements (raising and lowering) and horizontal movement of the support. The models are made of anodized aluminum with a thickness of at least 2 mm with a color, wear-resistant image applied using metallography. The models of hydraulic distributors are made according to a combined scheme, the substrate and base are made of organic glass, and the front panel is made of anodized aluminum no more than 0.5 mm thick with a wear-resistant image of the distributor circuit applied by metallography. When one of the control valves is moved on the hydraulic circuit, the mock-up of the moving element moves correspondingly and the LEDs clearly indicate the direction of fluid flow in the hydraulic system during this movement.
