Description

Ingredients: current VAZ fuel-injection internal combustion engine with LPG, interactive software and information complex for the course “Car Electrical Equipment”, passport, methodological instructions.
The required list of faults artificially introduced from the stand control unit:
— Low signal level of the mass air flow sensor;
— High signal level of the throttle position sensor;
— Open circuit for controlling the injector of the 1st cylinder;
— Open circuit for controlling the injector of the 3rd cylinder;
— High signal level of the coolant temperature sensor;
— Malfunction of the camshaft position sensor;
— High level of intake air temperature sensor;
— Idle air regulator control circuit, open or shorted to +12V.
Interactive software and information complex for the course “Electrical equipment of a car.”

The training stand should ensure that a group of 4 students can perform practical work. The guidelines should ensure the following list of laboratory work:
1. Study of the design features of an engine with multi-point injection of gasoline/gas, rules and procedures for its maintenance.
2. Study of electrical equipment and sensors of the engine control system with gasoline/gas injection.
3. Checking the compression pressure in the engine cylinders.
4. Comprehensive diagnostics of the engine control system.
5. Replacing the timing belt.
6. Replacement (repair) of the fuel pump.
7. Replacement of coolant and lubricating oil.
8. Replacing the coolant flow thermostat.
9. Adjusting the traction relay and replacing the graphite contacts of the starter.
10. Battery maintenance.
11. Study of the structure and principle of operation of gas equipment.
