Purpose. The light-dynamic stand-tablet “Technological scheme for obtaining apatite concentrate” is intended for mastering the algorithms and principles of constructing technological schemes of this type in specialized educational institutions.
Description. The stand is a rigid front panel made of MDF with a thickness of at least 9 mm in a plastic frame with a thickness of less than 100 mm, but more than 85 mm. A polymer substrate with a color image of the technological scheme for obtaining apatite concentrate, a quantitative scheme for ore preparation products, quantitative-qualitative and water-sludge schemes for obtaining apatite concentrate is glued to the front panel. The diagrams show at least 50 stages of obtaining the concentrate, and a table of changes in the qualitative and quantitative parameters of pulp and water depending on the stage of obtaining the concentrate. Inside the frame there is a controller that controls the logic of the stand. In order to clearly illustrate the principle of operation of the circuit, dynamic LED backlighting and magnetic sensors are installed in the front panel. The front panel has touch switches “Start” and “Stop”, so the teacher can stop the operation of the circuit at any of the 50 stages and determine the qualitative and quantitative parameters of the pulp at any stage of obtaining the concentrate by lighting the corresponding LED in the table. The delivery set includes: a magnetic pointer, a power supply with an operating voltage of 220 V.
