Description

The simulator is designed to teach safe operating techniques and control to the operator of a modern pipe layer, and to study the design of the machine. Training conditions that correspond to real working conditions are achieved through the creation of a realistic three-dimensional virtual scene of the working site and the interior of the driver’s cabin, and the use of complex controls similar in ergonomics to the control units of an operating pipe layer. In addition, the complex is equipped with a set of tools that have an additional impact on all channels of perception of the student: the realism of the displayed virtual scene (video) on the screen located in the place of the cabin windshield and stereophonic sound.
The training simulator allows you to perform the following missions:
– laying pipelines in a trench;
– pair work of machine operators;
– support of cleaning and insulating machines;
– performing various lifting and transport operations during pipeline construction.
