Description
A desktop stand for studying the characteristics of a piston pump and automatic pump supply control systems. Includes: a working model of a piston pump; power unit; electronic control unit; tachometer; flow meter; control solenoid valve; safety valve; meter-regulator type TRM1 ARIES; cycle counter SI8; pressure sensor, DAC-ADC board; laptop.
Laboratory works:
1. Study of pump flow characteristics depending on load pressure.
2. Study of the dependence of pump flow on the speed of rotation of the pump shaft.
3. Measuring the power consumed by the piston pump drive and calculating the efficiency of the system.
4.Control the pressure in the pressure tank using a meter-regulator and a laptop.
5. Flow control using a meter-regulator and changing the speed of the drive shaft.
