Description
The laboratory stand is designed to study the method of lifting oil using gas lifts and to study the movement of the gas-liquid mixture in the well. The measurement results are displayed on digital indicators. Processing of research results is carried out manually. The stand includes three rows of transparent vertical pipes, united by a common inlet simulating an oil-bearing formation, and provides the following laboratory work in the discipline “Operation of oil and gas wells”: – monitoring the operation of a gas-liquid lift; – determination of the structure of the ascending flow of the gas-liquid mixture; – study of the operation of a gas-liquid lift during constant immersion under a dynamic level; – obtaining experimental lifting curves and determining the parameters of the optimal and maximum operating modes of the gas-liquid lift; – study of the influence of relative immersion on the operation of a gas-liquid lift, experimental obtaining of lifting curves at different immersion under a dynamic level and determination of the nature of the influence of relative immersion on the operation of a gas-liquid lift; – determination of the efficiency of an experimental gas-liquid lift; – study of the method of evacuation (separation of air from liquid) of a gas-liquid mixture. The stand includes: – three models of gas-liquid lift with casing columns; – measuring capacitance; – system for maintaining the required level; – compressor;
– air flow measurement sensor with information output to a digital indicator; – gas-liquid mixture evacuation system; – liquid flow measurement system; – pressure measurement sensor with information output to a digital indicator.
