The laboratory stand “Drill drawworks” is intended for carrying out a set of laboratory work to study the design, principle of operation and basic performance characteristics of drilling drawworks and their braking systems for the oil and gas industry in institutions of secondary and higher vocational education.
Description. The stand is a frame structure on which are installed: a hydraulic drawworks with a free release mechanism LTS 100; oil station; rotation speed control system; a set of recording equipment that allows recording the main parameters of the winch operation; a personal computer equipped with a pre-installed specialized software product for communication with the stand controller and subsequent processing of experimental data; stand control panel with a built-in controller for working with a complex of recording equipment.
