Description

A typical set of educational equipment is intended for conducting 8 laboratory classes in the courses “Fundamentals of Hydraulic Drive”; “Hydraulic drive elements”; “Hydraulic drive and hydraulic automation”; «Volume hydraulic drives»; “Volume hydraulic machines”, etc. group of 2-3 people.
The kit includes — a training laboratory stand, — a manual for conducting laboratory work. Composition of the educational stand:
– a frame supporting structure with a pumping station installed on it, a drawer for the necessary accessories (foot air pump) and a panel. The tank cover of the pumping station simultaneously serves as a work table when carrying out laboratory work;
– electronic control units mounted on the panel;
– measuring container;
– elements under study: hydraulic valve; battery; safety valve; throttle; pipeline system.
List of laboratory works:
1. Measurement of pressure and flow, determination of the fluid flow regime.
2. Construction of pressure and piezometric pipeline lines.
3. Determination of local hydraulic resistance coefficients.
4. Determination of the coefficient of hydraulic friction (Darcy coefficient).
5. Study of unsteady processes of fluid flow through a hydraulic throttle
(flow through the diaphragm under variable pressure).
6. Study of the characteristics of the pump when operating in conjunction with a safety valve.
7. Study of the operating principle of the distributor. Study of the flow-drop characteristics of the distributor.
8. Study of the flow-drop characteristics of the throttle.
