Description
Purpose of the stand: the stand is designed to study instruments for measuring pressure, flow and temperature of liquid and gas (air is used).
The stand is a pneumohydraulic system that allows you to measure flow, pressure and temperature of liquid and air using various devices. It consists of a liquid supply system, an air supply system, a liquid heating system, a system for measuring the amount of supplied liquid and air.
The devices and instruments under study are installed on the stand in such a way that it is possible to compare the readings of different types of measuring instruments when measuring the same parameter.
The devices and instruments under study are manometers and pressure sensors of various types, flow meters and quantity counters,
temperature sensors and thermometers.
List of laboratory works:
1. Instruments for measuring temperature.
2. Dynamic characteristics of the thermistor converter (manual measurement mode).
3. Dynamic characteristics of the thermistor converter (automatic measurement mode).
4. Pressure measuring instruments. Pointer deformation pressure gauge.
5. Pressure measuring instruments. Pressure sensor of deformation membrane type.
6. Gas pressure measuring instruments. Piezoresistive type pressure sensor.
7. Gas pressure measuring instruments. Differential pressure gauge.
8. Study of the volumetric method of measuring water flow.
9. Studying the method of measuring water consumption using the readings of a water quantity meter.
10. Study of a method for measuring water flow by the pressure drop across a measuring diaphragm.
11. Study of the method of measuring gas flow using the cut-off volume method.
