The stand is intended for carrying out laboratory work to study the characteristics of dynamic pumps and their connection diagrams in water supply systems of objects.
The training stand NSSV-01 “Pumping stations of water supply systems for housing and communal services” is intended for carrying out laboratory work to study the principles of operation and experimental determination of the characteristics of pumping stations with series and parallel connection of pumps, studying the principle of operation of a crazy water pumping station, studying pressure losses due to friction when liquid flows through a pipeline . The stand allows you to measure the pressure and flow characteristics of a pump and a pumping station based on a combination of pumps, set and determine the pressure and fluid flow at various points in the hydraulic system.
Pressure is measured using analog pressure sensors with secondary devices — indicators; the stand uses absolute pressure sensors.
Liquid flow is measured volumetrically and using a water meter with a differential converter and digital display.
The stand has a desktop design. Stand dimensions, mm, no more: 1200x660x650. Power consumption no more than 1 kW.
The stand contains: 3 pumps, a system of pipelines and taps, a tank for working fluid (water), a flow meter for measuring flow with an electronic output on a digital display, pressure gauges and vacuum gauges for measuring pressure values at the outlets and suction of pumps.
At the same time, work is carried out with a group of 2…3 trainees.
