Description

Purpose of the stand: the stand is designed to study devices for creating pressure in gases (air is used), instruments for measuring pressure and temperature.
The stand is a pneumatic system that allows you to measure air pressure with various devices. It consists of an air compression and supply system, a control experimental receiver, an air heating system in the receiver, a pressure measurement system in the receiver, an automatic pressure maintenance system (using a microprocessor control unit), in the receiver in the event of external disturbances in the form of air leaks from the receiver or when the pressure in the receiver increases due to heating of the air.
The devices and instruments under study are installed on the stand in such a way that it is possible to compare the readings of different types of measuring instruments (pressure gauges, pressure sensors) when measuring the same parameter.
Manometers and pressure sensors of various types are used as the devices and instruments under study,
temperature sensors and thermometers.

The stand includes:
– frame structure in the form of a table on wheels with a pull-out table for placing a laptop;
– dashboard;
– a compressed air receiver located behind the dashboard;
– a receiver for experimental studies of control processes, located on the front part of the panel;
— Pressure Sensors;
– temperature sensors;
– pressure gauges;
– distribution pneumatic control equipment;
– a compressor to create a supply of compressed air in the receiver.
The stand is supplied with a laptop with software for performing laboratory work.
