Designed to study possible malfunctions of refrigerators and ways to eliminate them. Provides the introduction of faults in the form of thermostat malfunctions, condenser clogging; capillary clogged; reducing pressure in the circuit.
It is a floor-mounted structure.
The base of the stand is made in the form of a frame structure made of a metal profile with a polymer coating.
The main components of the stand are installed on the frame structure:
– freezer compartment of a household refrigerator with an evaporator;
-compressor;
– adjustable valve;
-thermostat;
-capacitor;
– temperature and pressure sensors at the inlet and outlet of the evaporator and condenser;
– system for filling and reducing pressure in the circuit.
Laboratory works:
1. Detecting and eliminating thermostat malfunctions;
2. Detection and troubleshooting of the capacitor;
3. Detection and elimination of capillary blockage;
4. The influence of pressure in the circuit on the minimum cooling temperature;
5.Filling the refrigerator circuit with refrigerant
When performing laboratory work No. 5, a consumable material is required — freon (supplied in a kit for carrying out 5 laboratory works).
The overall dimensions of the stand are no more than 800 x 600 x 1600 mm.
