Description
The set of equipment (stand) “Installation of air conditioning” is designed to study the piping of a split air conditioning system and the process of filling the air conditioner with refrigerant. In this installation, the refrigerant is a consumable material.
The stand is a frame structure on which elements of a split air conditioning system are placed. The elements are placed in such a way that students can observe the connection of parts of the system using copper tubes or high-pressure hoses.
A vacuum pump for pumping out the system before refueling and a pressure manifold with valves are installed on the frame structure.
Split system parameters:
Cooling capacity of at least 1.9 kW.
Heat output of at least 1.9 kW.
Refrigerant – R410a.
Power consumption is no more than 1.2 kW.
Vacuum pump parameters:
Capacity not less than 30 l/min.
Residual pressure no more than 200 Pa.
Cylinder with R410a freon, freon weight not less than 9 kg.
Overall dimensions of the stand (lengthheightdepth), no more than: 1000x1600x800 mm.
Weight, no more: 80 kg.

1. Study of piping in a split air conditioning system.
2. Preparing and charging the air conditioner with refrigerant.
