Description
A standard set of educational equipment “Automated liquid dosing and packaging line” AL-DUZH-13LR-01 is intended for studying the principles of operation and setting up automatic lines for the technological cycle of dosing and packaging liquid products. Consists of a teaching and research stand, software and teaching materials. The stand “Automated line for dosing and packaging liquids” ensures that laboratory work is carried out by a group of 2-4 people. Plastic containers up to 0.2 liters with plastic lids are used as containers for liquids. The stand is made on a single frame structure and includes: – a frame made of steel profile, with dimensions not exceeding 2000×750×1800; – liquid tank; – linear conveyor with adjustable speed; – a device for gripping a plastic container, implemented using electro-pneumatic automation and ensuring installation of the container on the conveyor; – two types of liquid dispensing devices with volumetric dosage and dosage by flow and time; – pump for supplying liquid; – sensors for monitoring the position of containers; – flow meter with indication of flow rate on a digital display; – pressure sensors with pressure indication on a digital display; – a packaging device made on the basis of pneumatic cylinders and a pneumatic suction cup, providing the ability to close containers with lids; – a receiving table onto which containers filled and covered with lids exit the conveyor; – programmable logic controller; – personal computer (laptop) with software for performing laboratory work and programming the controller. The stand provides the following laboratory work:
1. Studying the structure of the automatic line;
2. Study of the principle of operation of devices that ensure the operation of an automatic line;
3. Studying methods of programming logic controllers;
4. Study of ways to control pneumatic actuators using a controller;
5. Conveyor speed control;
6. Study of the volumetric dosage system of the product, taking the characteristics of the volumetric dispenser;
7. Study of the dosage method based on flow rate and filling time. Characterization of dosing devices;
8. Programming the controller to control the supply of containers to the conveyor;
9. Programming the controller to control volumetric dosing;
10.Programming the controller to control dosing by flow and time;
11. Programming the controller to control the lid closing device;
12.Writing a program for a controller to control an automated line;
13. Study of the characteristics of the auxiliary pump for supplying liquid to the dispensers
