Description

Purpose. The press is intended for technical and technological support of the educational process for carrying out repair work of various types of automotive equipment, as well as for the formation of initial skills in vehicle maintenance and repair in the courses “Design of Automotive Equipment”, “Operation of Automotive Equipment”, “Design and Calculation of Automotive Equipment” .
Description. The basis of the hydraulic press is a collapsible metal structure consisting of racks, frames, upper and lower beams, and a manual hydraulic drive. There is a pressure gauge to control the force. The parts subjected to extrusion can have different sizes, limited in height and width by the dimensions of the press working space. The press is designed for the following repair and installation work: pressing out bearings; bolts and bushings; straightening of shafts, axes and profiles; pressing; control of permissible load and reliability of welding seams; installation of equipment and control of the strength of materials.
