Description

Description.
The simulator bench must simulate the operating mode and measure the output characteristics of the removed electrical equipment of trucks and tractors in order to check its functionality, as well as determine the technical condition and troubleshoot. Must ensure verification of: relay regulators; relay-breakers; electric drives of vehicle components; generators under load and at idle; starters in full braking and idle mode; starter traction relays; switching relays; resistors; semiconductor devices; armature windings. The Simulator Stand must have a built-in smoothly stepped electronic load that allows testing the main brands of generators in the current-speed characteristic (TSC) range from 0 to 160 A.
Technical characteristics: Rotation speed, rpm, in the range from 0 to 10000; The DC current must be adjusted in the following ranges, A from 0 to 5, from 0 to 150, from 0 to 50, from 0 to 1000; The DC and AC voltage must be adjusted in the following ranges, V from 0 to 2, from 0 to 20, from 0 to 40; Torque, Nm, in the range from 0 to 100; DC resistance, Ohm, in the range from 0 to 100000; Max. power consumed from the network when checking starters, no more than, kW 22; The time to establish the operating mode is no more than 15 minutes; Rated voltage of the electrical equipment being tested, V 12/24V; Overall dimensions, mm, no more (length x width x height) 1200x850x1600.
