Description. The simulator bench is a device for testing and ultrasonic cleaning of at least 6 nozzles simultaneously. The device must provide:
— testing and cleaning of at least 6 injectors simultaneously;
— modeling of real engine operating parameters;
— automatic current control depending on winding resistance;
— fluorescent illumination of volumetric flasks;
— drainage of test liquid into the storage tank with one button;
— simulation of dynamic engine operating modes;
— automatic testing mode;
— injection flow test;
— uniformity test;
— testing the tightness of fuel lines using a pressure gauge;
— ultrasonic cleaning;
— nozzle spray pattern test;
— cleaning the injectors without removing them from the vehicle.
Contents: bench simulator “Diagnostics of gasoline injectors”, set of adapters for testing mechanical and electromagnetic injectors, passport, operation manual, flushing fluid, 4 injectors for testing.
