Description

Purpose. The simulator-trainer “P110 Roadheader” is intended for initial training, subsequent improvement or correction of the control skills of the P110 roadheader operators, optimization and reduction of the energy and resource costs of the roadheader by developing practical skills, monitoring skills, configuration and diagnostics of systems by roadheader operators .
The software and hardware complex must consist of hardware and software parts.
The hardware must be a personal computer.
The visualization system must consist of a monitor with a diagonal of at least 24” Ultra FullHD 1920×1080 matrix resolution and a virtual reality helmet.

The software part should consist of modules:
• “Basics of machine control and positioning”
• “Tuning works”

Module “Fundamentals of machine control and positioning”:
Contains the following tasks:
• start of the combine
• forward movement of the machine
• moving the machine backwards
• turn the machine left/right at an angle of 90 degrees
• positioning of the conveyor
Tasks have a “Training” mode, in which the student is provided with messages or graphic information on the screen to correctly complete the task.
The tasks have a “Control” mode, in which the student must choose the correct sequence of actions for the current task.

Module «Tuning works»:
Contains the following tasks:
• Drilling
