Purpose: A dynamic light tablet stand with moving elements is designed to study the operating principle of a quarry bulldozer, the kinematics of movement of its main elements, the principles of operation of hydraulic systems of mining equipment in specialized educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education.
Description: A dynamic light tablet stand with movable elements is a front panel made of MDF 8 mm thick, in a plastic frame 90 mm thick. On the front panel there is a backing with a full-color graphic image of a quarry bulldozer and a schematic hydraulic diagram for controlling its attachments. To provide a demonstration of the kinematics of movement of the executive bodies of a quarry bulldozer (ripper and blade), the interaction of elements of the hydraulic system and changes in the direction of movement of hydraulic fluid, LEDs, movable models of parts of the attached equipment of a quarry bulldozer (ripper and blade) and control hydraulic valves ( in the amount of three pieces). Manual movement of one of the control hydraulic valve models should lead to corresponding changes in the hydraulic system operation indication system and movement of the blade and ripper models. The models of the actuators are made of anodized aluminum with a thickness of at least 2 mm with a color, wear-resistant image applied by metallography. The models of the hydraulic distributors are made according to a combined design (the base and the base are made of organic glass, and the front panel is made of anodized aluminum 0.5 mm thick with a wear-resistant image of the distributor circuit applied by metallography).
