Description

Purpose: The electrified light-dynamic tablet stand is designed to study the principle of operation of a boring machine (planetary-disc actuators), the kinematics of movement of its main elements, and the principles of operation of power systems of mining equipment.
Description: The stand is a rigid base made of MDF with a color image of simplified basic kinematic diagrams and a general view of the roadheader, edged with a plastic PVC profile at least 90 mm wide with elements for wall mounting. To clearly illustrate the principle of operation, LEDs and simplified moving models of the following actuators are installed: cutting disc drive; portable rotation drive; drive of the upper breaker drum; drive of the tremors organ. When you turn on one of the operating modes, a corresponding rotation of the model of the moving element occurs and a visual LED indication of the operation of the kinematic circuit occurs.
The tablet stand clearly demonstrates the operating principle of the main elements of a roadheader.
