Purpose: The electrified light-dynamic tablet stand is designed to study the principle of operation of a shearer, the kinematics of movement of its main elements, and the principles of operation of hydraulic systems of mining equipment.
Description: The stand is a rigid base made of MDF 8 mm thick, in a plastic frame 90 mm thick. A polymer backing with a color image of a simplified schematic hydraulic diagram and a general view of the shearer is glued to the front panel. To clearly illustrate the principle of operation, LEDs and movable models are installed: at least 4 models of hydraulic distributors and at least 4 models of actuators. Models of hydraulic distributors must be made according to a combined scheme: the substrate and base are made of organic glass, and the front panel is made of anodized aluminum 0.5 mm thick with a wear-resistant image of the distributor circuit applied by metallography. Models of actuators must be made of anodized aluminum with an image applied by metallography. When one of the control valves is moved on the hydraulic circuit, the mock-up of the moving element moves correspondingly and the fluid flow in the hydraulic system is visually indicated by LEDs during this movement.
