Description
The stand-tablet is intended for methodological support of the educational process of studying the fuel supply system of a gasoline carburetor internal combustion engine, the principles of their functioning and operating modes, as well as the formation of initial skills in vehicle maintenance and repair in the courses “Design of Automotive Equipment”, “Operation of Automotive Equipment”, “Design and calculation of automotive equipment.”
The stand-tablet must be made in the form of a desktop combined (powder-coated steel frame, front panel — laminated chipboard, at least 16 mm thick, edged with an aluminum profile, with a backing made of printing film with a color graphic glued to it) structure with a conventionally depicted internal combustion engine and contain the main elements of the fuel supply system of a gasoline carburetor engine.
The fuel supply system for a gasoline carburetor engine must include a fragment of a fuel tank with a filler neck and a fuel level indicator, fuel lines, a coarse fuel filter, a fuel pump with its drive elements, a fine fuel filter, a carburetor, an intake manifold (fragment), and an air filter housing. with a filter element and an air supply hose from the air filter to the carburetor.
A cross-section of a piston engine can be presented as an image on a tablet substrate or as a mock-up structure to simplify the perception of the relative position of the elements of the engine fuel supply system; It is allowed to replace individual elements of a piston engine with conventional images on the stand substrate or mock-ups without compromising the understanding of their design and operating principle. Replacing elements of the fuel supply system with conventional images or mock-ups is not permitted.
The stand-tablet must be made using a standard component base (elements of the fuel supply system for gasoline carburetor engines) of commercially produced piston internal combustion engines of the ZMZ family. Elements that make up the fuel supply system of a gasoline carburetor engine: a fuel tank with a filler neck and a fuel level indicator; fuel line; filter elements; fuel pump; carburetor; intake manifold — must be completely or partially cut to ensure clarity and understanding of the features of their design.
The stand-tablet should ensure that a group of students study the purpose, composition and operating principle of the fuel supply system of a gasoline carburetor engine.
