The software product allows you to evaluate the overall dimensions of machines, technical features of the device and the location of the internal parts of the machine.
The emulator trainer offers the learner:
— develop practical skills in working on CNC machines USC 21/190, USC 21/260 and transport mechanization of machine tools;
— perform all pipe and workpiece cutting operations on this equipment;
— perform on this equipment all the actions of an operator of automatic lines and aggregate machines during a work shift;
— test theoretical knowledge;
The training simulator software is implemented taking into account all the properties and parameters of the virtual environment. The emulator simulator fully simulates the operation of machine controls and the environment around them, which is drawn with a high degree of detail.
The emulator simulator is intended for companies that have a need for training in innovative methods of training, advanced training, safety of the vocational training process and student skills, as well as for general and secondary vocational education institutions that train specialists in the following areas:
— “Mechanical Engineering Technology”, taking into account the specialization “Pipe and billet cutter”;
— “Adjuster of automatic lines and aggregate machines.”
Composition of the simulator:
— system unit with monitor (for working with the software interface);
— monitor with a touch screen (to simulate the operation of the machine control panel, control panels for transport mechanization of the machine);
— software package (license for 1 workplace).
