The emulator simulator is designed for the initial training of workers in the professions of turner and CNC milling machine operator, and today it is practically the only device that meets the personnel training standard.
The emulator allows you to:
– provide training for operators of turning and milling machines (knowledge, abilities, skills);
– provide visualization of the control panel and workspace;
— program CNC racks of Siemens Sinumerik 828D, Siemens Sinumerik 840D, Fanuc 0i, Fanuc 32i, Haas models;
– imitate the actions of the operator and the movements of the working parts of the machine;
– control the level of operator preparedness;
– become familiar with safety precautions;
– demonstrate the work of the simulator on a large video screen for observation by fellow students and the instructor (teacher);
– visually display the process of manufacturing parts with step-by-step technological comments.
The emulator trainer allows for an individual approach to training students.
