Description

The virtual simulator-emulator is a combination of a virtual press with a hydraulic drive and software control, a graphic station with installed software.
A set of virtual interchangeable dies allows you to carry out 9 laboratory works describing the most common OMD operations:
– draft;
– disembarkation;
– pressing;
– reverse extrusion;
– combined extrusion;
– flanging;
– hood;
– flexible;
– crimping and distribution.
Laboratory work involves the study of each process, taking into account changes in at least one of the technological parameters (tool or workpiece geometry, contact friction conditions, deformation pattern, workpiece material properties, etc.) and its impact on the result obtained (workpiece surface quality, presence of defects , energy-power parameters).
