Description

AM includes a package of software computer emulators of virtual machines (lathe, milling and laser) with CNC, CNC systems of the most common brands – SINUMRIK/FANUC/HASS. AM simulates written programs for CNC machines, diagnose the correctness of writing the control program, assigning cutting modes according to various criteria (feed, allowance, permissible roughness of the workpiece, tool life). AM allows you to set up and program a virtual machine (lathe and milling), and produce virtual parts using a created control program. In case of errors, a message indicating the reasons should be displayed.
The software allows you to interpret the control program code, written in G-code according to ISO — 7 bits, to control the machine mechanisms (caliper drives and main motion motor).
