Compound:
1.Frame — 1 pc.
The stand frame consists of:
— metal frame made of
square profile with a cross section and powder coated;
— front panels made of anodized aluminum
— countertops made of laminated chipboard.
2. Rechargeable battery – 8 pcs.
— battery type lithium iron phosphate;
— voltage 3.6 V;
— capacity 40 Ah.
3. Balancing device 1 pc.
A device for balancing series-connected batteries provides control over the charging processes and
discharge. The device has a display showing: the voltage of each battery, total voltage, charge current, overheating.
4. Charger 1 pc.
A charger with the ability to manually regulate the charging current, a power-on and operation indicator, and overload protection for the supply circuits.
5. Traction motor control controller 1 pc.
Motor control controller with the ability to smoothly control the speed of the traction motor, reverse, recuperation, protection against overvoltage, overheating, current limitation, with inputs for Hall sensors.
6. Traction motor 1 pc.
The traction motor is synchronous with permanent magnets, power 600 W, with integrated Hall sensors.
7. Drive motor 1 pc. (to study long-term regenerative processes of an electric vehicle)
8. Drive motor control module 1 pc.
9. Drive motor power supply 1 pc.
10. Metal drive frame – 1 pc.
The frame is installed inside the frame, a drive motor, a traction motor, and a flywheel are attached to it to create an artificial moment of inertia, they are interconnected by a belt drive, the frame has a specially designed sensor for removing mechanical torque from the traction motor, the sensor transmits the value to the display laptop.
11. Brake disc drive — 1 piece
Placed on the table top and connected by a cable to the brake disc caliper mounted on the flywheel to create a constant load on the traction motor and simulate uniformly accelerated movement or uphill movement.
12. Laptop 1 pc.
13. Cable for connecting to the network 1 pc.
14. Passport and instruction manual 1 pc.
