Description
The complex is intended for conducting research and laboratory work to study the principle of constructing control systems for electromechanical systems with CNC, the architecture of the control system, the principles of operation of units of electromechanical systems with CNC — turret, electrospindle, feed drives, as well as auxiliary drives and systems for ensuring the operation of electromechanical systems .
Brief description of the design:
The complex is a tablet with dimensions of 1000x600x200 mm, on which all the components and systems necessary for carrying out research and educational work (described above) are located. In the center of the complex there is an integrated industrial computer, which ensures the operation of the stand for all laboratory and research work. On the reverse side of the complex there are power sockets, as well as connectors for connecting external units and components (drives, machines, oscilloscope, etc.).
A design feature of the complex is the ability to work with external electromechanical CNC systems of any kinematics. The flexible control and electrical automation system of the complex allows you to connect, operate and examine any type of electromechanical systems. On the rear panel of the complex there are standard PCC1 connectors for connecting the Micron 5 research five-axis electromechanical system.
On the frame of the stand (frame made of profile steel pipes with a section of 16×16, 20×20.40×20 mm) (overall dimensions 800x600x200mm) are placed:
