Description

The stand should be intended for laboratory work on studying the types of detachable pipeline connections, training in the installation of these connections, repairing pipelines by installing clamps and subsequent hydraulic testing of the tightness of these connections. The work is carried out by a group of 2-3 people.
The delivery package should include a stand operating manual, passport, and guidelines for carrying out the following list of laboratory work:
1. Study of connection design.
2. Practical installation (disassembly/assembly) of connections.
3. Monitoring the tightness of connections visually by dropping.
4. Control of tightness by pressure drop.

The stand must be made in the form of a single frame structure, with dimensions (WxHxD) of no more than 900x1700x600 mm.
The following must be installed on the frame structure:
– a tank with a volume of at least 30 liters, made of corrosion-resistant material;
– centrifugal pump (pressure no less than 45 m);
– two collectors with taps to which the pipelines under study are connected;
– pressure gauge;
– 5 pipelines with different types of connections: metal flanges of various designs according to GOST 12815 (at least 4 pcs.), detachable connection with a metal/metal union nut, detachable connection with a metal/polypropylene union nut, detachable connection with a polypropylene/polypropylene union nut .
– a pipeline with a defect (hole in the pipeline), a repair kit in the form of clamps and elastic pads

The weight of the stand without water is no more than 90 kg.
The stand is powered from an alternating current network with the following characteristics:
— voltage 220 V;
— current frequency 50 Hz.
Electrical power consumed by the stand is no more than 1.5 kW
