Description

A software and hardware complex that allows, using three-dimensional graphics, animation and analogue control panels, to implement the learning process for rolling hot-rolled pipes. The virtual simulators of the software package implement three-dimensional models of pipe rolling line units, with the ability to display mnemonic diagrams and interactive interaction with physical analogues of control panels.

The specialized training complex provides:
— automatic demonstration of processing in technological areas;
— constructing training, testing, emergency or emergency scenarios and using them as the necessary basic models for study;
— use (for developing scenarios) of many elements of equipment and remote control buttons, control triggers, equipment states or initial states of scenarios;
— training and testing within the selected module and specific processing stage;
— monitoring student progress;
— in areas of deformation of blanks, mathematical modeling of technological operations for the manufacture of pipe products;
— control of technological processes using an automated control system
The complex consists of modules (software and physical console), which can be used either separately or as part of a single system that provides training throughout the entire production cycle.
