An automated laboratory single-shot drawing machine is intended for carrying out laboratory work in the courses “Theory and technology of metal forming”, “Technology”
rolling production”, etc., as well as for carrying out research work.
The kit includes: drawing machine VS-350/1, sharpening machine, set of dies, measuring tools, lubricant, workpiece, operating instructions, guidelines for laboratory work:
— Design and principle of operation of the drawing mill;
— Study of the influence of a single degree of deformation on the energy-power parameters of the process;
— The influence of drawing speed on the energy-power parameters of the drawing process;
— The influence of technological lubrication on the energy and power parameters of the process;
— Determination of the coefficient of friction during drawing by the indirect method.
