Description
It simulates the cutting of involute teeth using a gear rack using the rolling-in method and is intended for conducting laboratory classes in the general technical disciplines “Theory of Machines and Mechanisms” and “Technical Mechanics” in the training of mechanical specialists of higher and secondary vocational education. The stand allows you to study the effect of tooth displacement on the shape of the tooth profile and identify the conditions that ensure the absence of undercutting of the tooth stem and sharpening of the tooth tips.
Composition: base, disk on which the wheel blank is placed (in the form of a paper disk), rack, which represents the initial producing contour of the tool, mechanism that ensures intermittent translational movement of the rack, coordinated with the rotation of the disk.
Overall dimensions 330x340x80 mm, weight 8 kg.
