Description

Purpose.
The stand is designed to determine the kinematic parameters of gear multi-stage transmission mechanisms when performing a set of laboratory work in courses in technical mechanics and applied mechanics.
Description.
The stand represents two and three-stage helical gearboxes.
The gearboxes are prepared for easy removal of the cover and are supplied without oil.
Discs with a printed degree scale are installed on the input and output shafts of the gearboxes to determine the angle of rotation of the shaft.

Compound:
— Two-stage cylindrical gearbox according to the expanded scheme, standard size 100 (1Ts2U 100);
— Three-stage cylindrical gearbox according to the expanded scheme, standard size 160 (1TsZU-160);
— caliper ShTs-150-0.1, measurement range, mm – from 0 to 150, division value – 0.1 mm;
— metal ruler, 300 mm;
— set of combination wrenches, sizes 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17, 19;
— passport.
