Description
The stand simulates the process of cutting teeth of involute gearing using the bending method and constructing a tooth profile at various displacements of the initial profile
The stand allows you to study the influence of machine gear parameters on the geometry of an involute gear using a set of replaceable tool racks with different tooth profile shapes, a set of replaceable devices for drawing wheels with different numbers of teeth, and a device for drawing circles.
The stand must be made of organic glass (polymethyl methacrylate) and rolled steel with anti-corrosion and polymer powder coating.
