Description

The operation of the installation is based on the principle of a crank-slider mechanism with variable eccentricity.
The installation must consist of a base with two fixed posts installed on it. There should be a crank on one stand, to which the angular scale and the drive handle are rigidly connected. The crank is pivotally connected to a slider by means of a connecting rod, which must be able to move in the guide. The guide is installed on the stand using a screw connection above or below the crank axis and ensures the specified eccentricity of the slider. The dimensions (length) of the crank and connecting rod must also be able to change within specified limits using moving links. The installation drive is manual. When the crank rotates around its axis, the slider makes a reciprocating movement in a guide that has a scale for measuring linear movements.
