1. Machine layout.
The machine is a structure with a steel welded supporting frame. Precision manufacturing is determined by assembly through tongue-and-groove connections and milling of critical surfaces.
The main advantage of the new design is:
• use of rolling guides for linear feed drives;
• absolute zero of all coordinate drives;
• high-speed drive (motor spindle) of the main movement;
