Description

The stand is intended for the development and research of new propulsion systems for transport and lifting-handling systems based on the use of a brushless DC motor with permanent magnets, control systems for such installations, using Hall sensors and various methods of switching motor windings, as well as their design features and electromechanical components and assemblies, working electromechanical processes.
Technical characteristics of the stand:
1. Overall dimensions (WxHxD): 1300x1100x600 mm (VD-MV-S) or 600x400x200 mm (monoblock VD-MV-N)
2. Supply voltage: 220 V, ~ 50 Hz
3. Maximum power consumption: 1000W.
4. Storage temperature: range 0…65 °C
5. Operating temperature: 5…40 °C
Number of simultaneously possible research participants at the stand: 3 people.
Compound:
1. Monoblock containing: a control module, a power module, a workflow visualization module, a control module, a digital oscilloscope, a valve motor with a control controller, with a load of a second valve motor.
2.Table (VD-MV-S)
3. Set of connecting wires
4. Set of power cables
5. Methodological instructions
6.Technical passport
The stand provides the following research work:
1. Research into the design and capabilities of the educational and research stand. Study of its elements.
2. Experimental study of a switched-type electric motor at rated supply voltage. Study of natural mechanical characteristics.
3. Experimental study of a switched-type electric motor with an adjustable supply voltage. Study of artificial mechanical characteristics.
4. Study of the energy characteristics of a valve electric motor at 120-degree and 180-degree neutral commutation.
5. Study of the energy characteristics of a valve motor at 120-degree and 180-degree commutation when changing the commutation angle relative to the neutral.
6. Study of electromagnetic processes of a switched-type electric motor with discrete 120-degree commutation.
7. Study of electromagnetic processes of a switched-type electric motor with discrete 180-degree switching.
