Description

Purpose of the stand: the stand is designed to study metering and control devices for water flow and pressure in water supply systems of various buildings and structures.
The stand is a hydraulic system that allows you to measure fluid flow and pressure using various devices. Consists of a liquid supply system and a system for measuring the amount of liquid supplied.
The devices and instruments under study are installed on the stand in such a way that it is possible to compare the readings of different types of measuring instruments when measuring the same parameter.
The devices and instruments under study are manometers and pressure sensors, flow meters and quantity counters, and the Aquastorozh water leakage monitoring system device.
Contains a “Jumbo” type pumping unit with a liquid supply of at least 60 l/min, a maximum pressure of at least 40 m.
Three “local” sections of the pipeline system with installed vane-type meters with electrical output and valves for adjusting the resistance of the section. A common supply from the pump to three “local” sections with a water quantity meter and an electromagnetic type flow meter installed at the pump outlet. This allows you to compare data from the water meter and flow meter and with the total meter readings of three sections of the branched system.
Three measuring containers are installed on the stand to measure flow at each “local” section of the system.
The pump is powered hydraulically from a technological tank installed on the stand; the tank volume is 60 liters. The hydraulic system is closed.
