The laboratory complex is designed to study the static and dynamic characteristics of electrohydraulic drives of tracking and stabilization systems, mechatronic hydraulic modules with a volumetric control method using a hydraulic motor as a drive. Consists of a training and research stand and a computer for automated data collection. Equipped with educational and methodological materials and software for conducting educational and research work.
The stand includes: a pumping unit with an adjustable reversible pump of proportional electric control, a rotational hydraulic drive based on a hydraulic motor with a hydraulic motor shaft speed sensor. The load on the drive is inertial with a certain step. For control, proportional electrical control of the pump displacement, including flow reverse, is used. The electronic system allows control using a computer and collection of information.
