Description

The kit allows you to study measuring instruments and control elements of technological parameters of liquid: flow, pressure, temperature.
The guidelines contain a description of 26 laboratory works.
The stand is a frame structure made of metal with a polymer coating. All stand equipment is mounted on the stand frame structure.
Composition of equipment placed on the stand frame:
– technological tank for storing liquids made of corrosion-resistant materials, volume not less than 60 liters. -1 PC.
– measuring container for measuring liquid flow and carrying out work to maintain the level made of transparent materials (volume of at least 10 l.) — 1 pc.
– control and measuring container for carrying out work to maintain pressure made of transparent materials (volume of at least 2 liters, the container is sealed and allows maintaining pressure in it up to 300 kPa on an absolute scale) — 1 pc.
– pump – 1 pc.
– frequency converter of the pump drive motor – 1 pc.;
– shut-off and control valves, nominal diameter no less than DN 20 – no less than 3 pcs.
– meter – regulator TRM1 ARIES – 2 pcs.;
– diaphragm for measuring liquid flow by pressure difference – 1 pc.
– liquid flow meter with a nominal measured flow rate of 2.5 m3/hour, with an electronic output for connecting secondary digital devices indicating the flow rate – 1 pc.;
– electromagnetic flow meter, nominal diameter no less than DN 20, maximum measured flow rate no less than 60 l/min;
– analog pressure measurement sensors;
