Description

The virtual training complex, using detailed three-dimensional graphics, provides training for personnel in the maintenance and operation of industrial robots and RTKs. Allows you to carry out a number of research and practical work related to the direct study of the design of the robot, as well as the main stages of its maintenance, repair and commissioning.
A six-axis industrial robot, a remote control, a control unit, as well as technical equipment for servicing and working with it are installed in the virtual environment. With the help of controllers, holding and mechanical operations are carried out: unscrewing, carrying and connecting parts. If you need to gain access to certain nodes or deploy the robot to a given position, it is possible to control the axis drives from the remote control, both in angular coordinates and in Cartesian coordinates.
