Description

The package includes:
1. Section for feeding casings from the bunker storage, casings are poured into the bunker in bulk, the section’s technological equipment must produce a casing oriented in the correct way at the exit of the section for further processing.
2. Section for supplying plugs from the bunker storage, plugs are poured into the bunker in bulk, the section’s technological equipment must produce a plug oriented in the correct way at the output of the section for further processing.
3. The plug diameter control section rejects plugs with a diameter outside the required range.
4. Case height control section, rejects cases with a height outside the required range.
5. The pre-assembly section of the product ensures the preliminary installation of the plug into the body.
6. The pressing section ensures the pressing of the plug into the body with force control; if the pressing force value is outside the specified range, the assembly unit is rejected.
7. Section for packaging finished products into cassettes/tubes.
8. The pressing section, into which cassettes/tubes are manually rearranged, serves to free students from manually removing plugs from the housings.

The kit is designed to solve 46 educational and research works.
The line is made in the form of separate sections on the panels of which elements of the automatic line and other components are placed. The panels are installed on a mobile base in the form of a cabinet on wheels.
Sections can be used as separate sections of an automatic line, or they can be combined into one automatic line corresponding to the laboratory work being performed. The sections are joined together using a special fastener.
