Description
The laboratory complex is a software and hardware platform designed for semi-natural modeling of the interaction of robotic manipulators using IOT technologies for monitoring, control and analytical data analysis. The hardware of the complex consists of a set of robotic manipulators and modules that simulate the production process and has the ability to connect to the virtual part of the simulator complex, which is a virtual copy of the system under study with the ability to synchronize the virtual and physical parts of the complex in real time, implementing the “digital shadow” principle. The software part of the complex allows for continuous monitoring of parameters, control of interaction logic, as well as collection of data from equipment sensors to fill the database. For each robotic complex, its digital twin is implemented in the software to implement two-way communication with the real control object. Data received from a real object can be reflected in real time on a virtual analogue, and also visualized on a remote virtual monitoring panel from cloud services. The software part of the complex also contains an analytics and data collection module for testing the process of analyzing accumulated data from a real object with subsequent prediction of the occurrence of defects.
Composition of the complex:
• Set of robotic 6-axis manipulators
• Small-sized conveyor module
• Set of sensors and switches.
• Programmable controller to control the system.
• Control panel for implementing direct control mode.
