Description

The laboratory complex “Internet of Things in the Technological Process” consists of a functioning control panel and software. Designed to teach the principles of operation of IoT (Internet of Things) devices and systems using the example of technological process implementation.
This complex allows, using the control elements of the control panel, to perform the following actions:
• manage virtual production,
• display various parameters of virtual production on the control panel.

The hardware of the complex consists of a programmable controller and controls and indication elements connected to it. The remote control includes the following elements: light indication, display, buttons, multi-position switches. The hardware can also connect to existing Internet of Things platforms (at the customer’s choice). The controller has the ability to connect to the virtual part of the complex, which is a virtual production consisting of 3D models of equipment, virtual sensors and panels of automated process control systems, with the ability to synchronize the virtual and physical parts of the complex in real time, implementing the “digital shadow” principle. A virtual copy of the system allows you to monitor sensor parameters and control the interactive layout.
