The training stand allows you to develop practical skills in repair work using the example of a hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, safety valve and testing them with the assembly of a simple hydraulic circuit. The stand includes a pumping station, hydraulic cylinder elements and the necessary equipment. The stand operates on I-18 type hydraulic oils
Stand composition.
1. Hydraulic module for testing in the form of a frame structure made of a profile pipe with polymer painting, on which the following equipment is placed:
– pumping station with a filtration and pressure protection system;
– a removable hydraulic cylinder installation unit with a loading device in the form of a hydraulic cylinder-loader (shown in the figure);
– a removable hydraulic motor installation unit with a loading device in the form of a loading pump (installed in place of the hydraulic cylinder loading device);
– measuring container;
– hand-held stopwatch;
– pressure gauges – 2 pcs.;
– hydraulic distributor;
– flow regulator;
– throttling valve to create resistance to the flow of loaders
– electrical control cabinet.
2. Workplace for disassembling and troubleshooting elements of a hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor and valve with the necessary tools.
3. Kit for assembling/disassembling the hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor and valve and connecting them to the test bench:
– hydraulic cylinder assembled for disassembly;
– hydraulic motor assembled for disassembly (axial piston motor G15-21, two pumping units: defective and working);
– safety valve with a set of faulty elements;
– mandrels for mounting seals;
– a set of tees;
– a set of fittings;
– a set of sealing rings;
– set of fasteners;
– a set of sleeves.
The delivery set includes methodological support containing a description of the methodology for checking the elements of a hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, valve and their assembly, followed by installation on a bench and testing.
The overall dimensions of the hydraulic module for testing are no more than 1000x700x700 mm. Weight no more than 150 kg. The overall dimensions of the workplace for disassembling and troubleshooting hydraulic cylinder elements are no more than 1300x700x1700 mm. Weight no more than 150 kg.
Power supply – single-phase network 220 V, 50 Hz, with a grounding conductor, power consumption no more than 1.5 kW.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to disassembled items.
