Designed to study the basics of digital control of stepper drives (in this case, the required operation cyclograms, number of steps, intensity of acceleration and deceleration and winding switching circuits are set programmatically).
It consists of a computer, a microprocessor control unit, a power control unit and a load device with a stepper motor (SM).
The stand includes 3 stepper motors of varying power with different moments of inertia of the shafts. The moment of resistance on the shaft of each motor can vary.
At control points, using oscillograms, you can trace the logic of the control system operation, for example, in the mode of processing single signals, which allows you to physically understand the operation of both individual integral elements of the control system and the entire system as a whole.
