The stand is a floor structure in the form of a frame stand with equipment placed on it: a model of a hydraulic piston pumping unit (with transparent elements); hydraulic pumping station; drive piston position sensors; hydraulic drive controls; transparent tank — simulator of an oil reservoir, transparent tank — simulator of a consumer; an auxiliary pump to return fluid to the “oil reservoir” and create backwater in the reservoir; compressor to simulate consumer pressure; DAC-ADC board, laptop. The training stand allows you to perform the following types of laboratory work: 1. Study of the principle of operation of a hydraulic piston pump; 2. Determination of the performance of a hydraulic piston pump depending on the performance of the hydraulic control pump station, calculation of theoretical performance, determination of the volumetric efficiency of the pump; 3. Determination of the power characteristics of the drive motor of the control pumping station; 4. Taking an indicator diagram of a well pump and comparing it with the theoretical one; 5. Determination of the parameters of the hydraulic drive of the oil pump depending on the pressure levels in the “well” and in the “oil reservoir”
